What Happens After You Buy?
After you select your plan and sign up, we’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process so we can create content that fits your business, brand, and goals.
Step 1: Complete your onboarding formOnce you purchase your plan, you’ll receive an onboarding form where you can share details about your business, services, target audience, brand tone, content preferences, and any key messages you’d like us to focus on.
Step 2: Send us your logo, images, and brand assetsYou’ll be able to send your logo, photos, brand colours, offers, service details, and any existing content ideas by email. These help us create posts that feel aligned with your business.
Step 3: Your Customer Success Manager will contact youA dedicated Customer Success Manager will contact you by email to confirm your details, answer any questions, and make sure we have everything needed to start creating your content.
Step 4: We create your first batch of postsWe’ll plan and create your first batch of social media posts using your brand tone, images, services, and our Reach, Connection, and Conversion content strategy.
Step 5: Review your postsYou should receive your first batch of posts to review within one week, depending on how quickly we receive your onboarding details and brand assets. You’ll be able to request amendments before anything is published.
Step 6: Your content goes liveOnce your posts are approved, we’ll schedule them for your chosen social media channel. Your first batch of posts should usually be ready to publish within 14 days, depending on approval times and any amendment requests.

This package is for planning, creating, captioning, and scheduling your posts so your business can show up online with more purpose, consistency, and strategy. It does not guarantee followers, sales, income, engagement or business results. Your results depend on your actions, audience, niche, consistency, market, timing and many other factors.
No-refund policy
CK and JONES does not offer any money-back guarantee for monthly service Packages.
Once a monthly service period has started, payments for that month are non-refundable. This applies even if the Client chooses not to use the full month, does not provide the information required, delays approval, changes their mind, or cancels part-way through the month.
The Client is entitled to use the agreed Services for the remainder of the paid monthly service period, subject to these Terms.
Refunds may only be offered at CK and JONES’ discretion or where required by applicable law.
Where a one-off service, bespoke project, audit, assessment, strategy session, consultation or digital product is purchased, the refund terms may differ and will be stated separately where applicable.
Digital products are non-refundable once purchased, downloaded, accessed or delivered. Because digital products are provided immediately or electronically, CK and JONES does not offer refunds for digital product purchases unless required by applicable law.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind, accidental purchase, non-use, loss of motivation, not reading the files, deciding the bundle is not the right fit, or expecting a result that was not promised.
Technical issue?
If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible or materially not as described, contact hello@ckandjones.co.uk so the issue can be reviewed. We may replace the file, fix the access issue or review the matter in line with applicable law.
